Step 2. Design & Floorplans

This process will include a survey, initial designs and floor plan layout suggestions. We also provide consultation on planning permission requirements.

Step 3. Project Quote

Once we finalise the project plans, we can provide you with a comprehensive project quote. If you already have tender documents in place from another architect we will use these documents to provide quotations.

Step 4. Specification Requirements

To ensure your project stays on budget, we will need to know your exact requirements for internal & external specifications. This may sound like a lot to think about, but don't worry, we will guide you through this process.

Step 5. Build & Renovate

Our experienced team provides comprehensive project management, ensuring a smooth and timely build. You'll receive a detailed project, outlining timelines. We maintain open communication with regular on-site meetings to keep you informed throughout the process

Step 6. Post Build

The really exciting bit. Your build is complete & your design visions have come to life. Our post-build customer service will ensure you are fully set up and settled into your beautiful new home.
