Step 1. Pre Project Consultation

We will start with an initial consultation to determine all your needs and requirements & discuss any questions you may have about the process.

Step 2. Design & Floorplans

Our team will look at the designs for your property and floor plans based on your needs.

This process will include a survey, initial designs and floor plan layout suggestions. We will also provide consultation on planning permission requirements.

Step 3. Project Quote

Once we finalise the project plans, we can provide you with a comprehensive project quote. If you already have tender documents in place from another architect we will use these documents to provide quotations.

Step 4. Specification Requirements

To ensure your project stays on budget, we will need to know your exact requirements for internal & external specifications. This may sound like a lot to think about, but don't worry, we will guide you through this process.

Of course, you can change your mind during the build, we will always make you aware of any cost implications this may have.

Step 5. Build & Renovate

Our experienced team will project manage your build from start to finish. You will be given a project plan upfront, so you know what will be happening and by when. We also like to keep you up to date with the progress by having regular on-site meetings.

Step 6. Post Build

The really exciting bit. Your build is complete & your design visions have come to life. Our post-build customer service will ensure you are fully set up and settled into your beautiful new home.
